The Squalli-Absch Grille is a real treat from start to finish. Our talented team provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience in our fine dining atmosphere. Our menu includes a wide selection of entrées to satisfy any food connoisseur’s taste buds. Start out with one of our delectable appetizers, then choose one of our exquisite entrées. We have everything, from your choice of our savory steaks to our heavenly pastas and everything in between. Then finish it off with one of our decadent desserts. Also enjoy our early evening $13 Sublime Time Specials from 3 pm - 6 pm, seven days a week, excluding holidays.

Sheperd's Pie - Prepared with Venison, Buffalo and Italian Sausage topped with Caramelized Mashed Potatoes and served with Garlic Bread - $13

  • January 29 - February 4: Baked Lasagna - Homemade lasagna served with garlic bread - $13 
  • February 5 - 11: Stuffed Sole - Prepared with a bay shrimp stuffing served with our house rice blend, fresh vegetables and hollandaise sauce - $14
  • February 12 - 18: Baby Back Ribs - Smoked in-house served with baked beans and steak fries - $15
  • February 19 - 25: Chicken Jerusalem - Pan seared chicken breast, sautéed artichoke hearts, mushrooms, bell peppers, served on angel hair pasta and pesto sauce - $13
  • February 26 - March 4: London Broil - Marinated flank steak broiled then sliced thin, topped with wild mushroom sauce, served with steak fries and fresh vegetables - $13
