Eligible team members are also provided with free Basic Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance covering one year of their annual salary.
Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays
To provide flexibility to full-time team members in regards to scheduling their time away from work, Nisqually Red Wind Casino offers 21 days of accrued paid time off during the first two years of employment. This increases over time to a maximum of 31 days of paid time off after seven years of employment. Additionally, Nisqually Red Wind Casino pays double time for six holidays, in addition to leave for Jury Duty and Bereavement.
Significant Retirement Matching Program
All team members 18 years and older are eligible to participate in Nisqually Red Wind Casino's 401(k) retirement program which starts the first month after 90 days of employment. Our retirement plan is subject to change, but currently matches contributions up to 4% of a team member's salary to help them have a financially secure life after an enjoyable, rewarding career.
Tuition, GED & ESL Reimbursement
Pre-approved team members may be reimbursed for tuition costs and required books up to $2,500 per calendar year for passing courses directly related to the team member's position (up to $10,000 cap during their employment). Nisqually Red Wind Casino also provides GED reimbursement (up to $750) and English as a Second Language (ESL) reimbursement (up to $300) for passing course(s).
