Thank you for choosing Nisqually Red Wind Casino for your entertainment needs. My name is Denise Holland, and I'm the Transportation Manager at Red Wind. I'd like to take a moment to tell you about the complimentary transportatin service we provide.
Perhaps you've seen the shuttle driving through the parking lot and were unaware that this service is available for our guests. Our drivers are more than happy to pick you up at your vehicle and drive you to the covered front entryway of the casino. You may also notice we have bus shelters you can wait in when the weather is being its Pacific Northwest uncooperative best. At the end of your gaming adventure, you can ask a member of the security team or the Rewards Club to radio the driver, who will pick you up and return you safely to your vehicle.
For those of you who'd rather drive into the covered enteryway, we provide complimentary valet parking. Valet is operational during all business hours. Our valet team awaits your arrival, ready to provide you with quick, efficient and courteous service. As an additional measure of safety and convenience, we have installed a call button in the foyer area of the casino, allowing you to notify our valet team that you are ready for departure.
