Security serves many functions here at Nisqually Red Wind Casino. Our primary function, of course, is to protect the assets of the Nisqually Tribe but we are also here to provide a safe environment for our employees and guests as well as to handle any type of emergency that may arise.
Security plays a vital role when it comes to the initial impression that guests receive when they arrive. We are often the first person they come in contact with as well as the last. By using our great customer service skills, we make every effort to make our guests feel welcome and look forward to their return.
As a part of this commitment, Security is going that extra mile to ensure our employees and guests feel safe no matter what part of the property they may be at. You may have noticed that security is driving our new "golf cart". This allows our Security team to have a greater presence outside the casino as well as inside.
You may also notice that Security has new uniforms. Our staff is excited and this should give us a more professional look as we handle the day-to-day requests from the guests and staff.
Security has also recently been through refresher training so that our skills are up to date to be able to handle any situation that may arise. This includes, but is not limited to, First Aid, CPR, AED, Managing Aggressive Behavior and Handcuffing Techniques .
With the upcoming events for the Fourth of July just around the corner, the Security Department wishes you and your family a safe and fun holiday.
